Sakimichan is the main account and is mostly female focused art pinups, while Sakimenz is focused on sexy men art of various fandoms. :3

Great question. Each shirt is handled by one person only in the shop, and not through an automatic machine. Like any made to order product, no two things are exactly alike.  Each shirt is processed by one person at the studio from processing to packaging, from start to finish, to provide that personal care and touch.

This brings out the authenticity and uniqueness to each and every one of our High Key shirts.

Our 100% Cotton shirts are selected for quality, durability and breathability.

We use only 100% Eco Friendly Water based inks, as opposed to Plastisol based .

Water based inks are more gentle, provide vibrancy, and longevity by binding to the fabric material, and carry no harmful, toxic, or carcinogenic chemicals.

ART BOOKS AND PRINTED GRAPHIC MEDIA PRODUCTS:

All our paper based products are made either in house, or produced/sourced locally.

We as a proudly Canadian owned- company strive to put accountability, awareness, and responsibility on each of our products to both the consumers and the environment.

One of greatest enemies to the environment in the Clothing industry is destruction of slightly imperfect product.

This wasteful product is a notorious practice that we aim to reduce at all costs, as waste creates more demand for material, and a destruction of a wearable product.

Due to the nature of our business at Highkey, we cannot avoid that there will be human and mechanical errors that will yield an imperfect product, and we realize that it would be more environmentally friendly to offer our clients a chance to purchase these B grade and C grade products at a significantly less price.

Please use the notify when available button as this is how we estimate/ decide which items are needed to be restocked and which ones to retire. 

Everywhere. Shipping costs will vary.

Processing time is around a minimum 1 week plus the shipping time on top of that.

This is to ensure ample amount of time for address correction and other shipping info modification on orders. Once we have completely processed and shipped the order, we will not be able to adjust anything anymore.

For Shirts:
Pre-orders average estimate 4-8 weeks since they are made to order at launch, handled, and packaged in-house.

For Posters, Stickers & Artbooks:
Depending on destination, ship time average estimate is 6-8 weeks. 

The average shipping time may vary depending on the destination. Please note that these are estimated times and actual delivery times may vary. This estimate does not include the processing time.

Yes, we provide tracking for each order.

Once we process your items, and it is ready to ship, we will send you tracking information directly to the email you provided in your order.

*Please always double check with typos and errors as this could result in not receiving the tracking info.

Once you receive your tracking ID/info, it is your responsibility to follow up, and check the status of your package. If you think there is an issue with your package, please contact customer support immediately.

We use the shipping carrier that is available to deliver the parcel to its destination.

For Rest of the World shipments, the listed carriers will hand over the packages to the destination's local carriers. You can still track it using the listed carriers tracking site, but if not, please use your local carrier's site for tracking.

The form on the top part will be where you input your SHIPPING ADDRESS. The one at the bottom part will be for the BILLING ADDRESS; this will only show up when you uncheck the “My shipping and billing address are the same” tick box.

Please also note that, PO boxes can’t be used as your billing addresses.

LOST PACKAGE:
If you suspect that your package is lost. Please contact us immediately with your Order Number.

If the customer DID NOT provide the complete and correct shipping information when the item is lost, they will not be refunded and we will not resend the package. Once the package has been shipped and dropped off, we can no longer intercept the package. It is up to the customer to follow up with the carrier for that matter.

If the customer DID provide the complete and correct shipping information when the item is lost, we will reach out to our partner carrier to open an investigation and locate your item. If it is reported as lost, we will resend the package with no charge.


RETURNED TO SENDER:
If the customer DID NOT provide the complete and correct shipping information or refused to pay for the customs fees or did not pick up the package at the post office in time, we will resend it at the customer’s expense for an additional shipping fee. BUT we will wait until the package is fully returned to us.

Please take note that most international packages are never returned and are destroyed. If this is the case, we will NOT refund or resend the package.

Customs may confiscate a package if it contains items that are illegal or prohibited in the country.

If the customer's package is seized by customs, we have no control over it and we will not be able to refund your order. Please always check your customs law to avoid these situations.

Please note, most of the international packages are destroyed depending on the destination country's post office.

Unfortunately, we cannot devalue your item or label it as a gift as that would be considered fraud.

Unfortunately, we cannot process returns due to the constraints of COVID-19. However, if you are unsatisfied, please ship back unworn items in it's original packaging for a replacement at the cost of separate shipping and handling.

We will only refund to the original payment method you used. This is to avoid any possible fraudulent activities.

Multiple items may be combined in a bigger box or shipped separately.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer this, however, we will keep this in mind. 

If the order has not been processed yet, we can cancel and fully refund your order.

If the order has been processed and shipped already, we will not be able to cancel or refund it.

Please contact us immediately via email or via contact page asap within 24 hours. Processing time for orders usually take 1 week.

If the order has been processed and shipped already, we will not be able to modify any information. Please try to contact the carrier and intercept the package as we have no control of the package once it has been dropped off to the carrier.

As we have had a lot of issues regarding this, we are now NOT allowing any return/ exchange AFTER the convention. We truly appreciate the trust & integrity of the customers that have cooperated patiently with us in those times. Please continue to be awesome.
